Firstly whatever company you choose make sure they are Licensed as a taxi or private hire operator with their Local Authority. Any vehicles you hire should be displaying a current and numbered plate or badge and the driver of the vehicle will also have a valid photo ID badge both issued and showing the local authority they work in.

Our meet and greet service is available on request at most major airports Our smartly dressed driver will be waiting when your flight arrives, with a name board. We usually wait for our passengers by the airport information desks or as close as possible. The following details will be required from you.
Passenger Name, Number of passengers, Luggage details, Flight No, Origin of flight, Arrival time and date, Destination for drop off, Contact mobile phone no, Credit card deposit details.
SHOULD YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 HOURS NOTICE IN ADDITION TO THE TRANSFER TIMES SHOWN ABOVE IN ORDER TO REFUND DEPOSITS.
